BLOSSOMTIME FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES 2009/2010 BOARD MEMBERS |

The Blossomtime Festival is proud to announce the election of the 2009/2010 Board of Directors. Anna Abdelnour was re-elected President at the July Board meeting. Anna’s involvement with Blossomtime began in 1992 as part of the Central Queens Committee and she has held many offices since her initial election to the Executive Board in 1994. Anna resides in St. Joseph with her husband Sam. They have three daughters. The remaining Board Members elected are: Vice President, H. Paul Florin from the community of Stevensville, Vice President, Sherri Waddle from the community of New Buffalo, Vice President, Andy Schmidtman from the community St. Joseph, Treasurer, Bob Braamse from the community of Benton Harbor and Secretary, Gertie Johnson from the community of Bridgman. Dave Parsons continues to serve in the past president position. The Blossomtime Festival Board is made up of 23 volunteer members who give of their time and talent to keep the 104 year old festival alive and growing. This year’s theme is “Where Dreams Come True”. Blossomtime is Michigan’s oldest and largest multi-community festival.
