Walking down the streets of Hartford, you will experience a sense of pride.

During any season you will see farmers, neighbors, and store owners lending a hand to one another. Each year brings a rebirth of blossoms to our farms, starting with the strawberries in early June, to the final apple picked from the orchard in late fall.

Also, our town is a rainbow of races. One good way to sum up Hartford is illustrated in an Indian belief that the sky, trees, sun, and people all blend together as one.
